What is TYE

TiE conducts TYE (TiE Young Entrepreneur), a global program specifically designed for school students of classes 9 – 12.

Through this program, TiE fosters entrepreneurship and leadership among the youth at an early age, aiming to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit and impart valuable skills beyond the classroom setting.

Classes are conducted by professionals and successful entrepreneurs, followed by students brainstorming a business idea and preparing a business plan. Each team is assigned a senior industry leader as a mentor.

An affordable power efficient computing solution for all. They were the global winners of 2021 and got a chance to make a 2 min elevator pitch to Mr. Byju Ravindran at an event conducted by TiE Bangalore. They received positive feedback from Mr. Ravindran, who offered to mentor them via an internship program at Byjus.

Session Flow

April - 8 face to face sessions at a physical venue (Dates- 14th to 18th,21st to 23rd April from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm)
24th April to 23th May – Students to be divided into teams / Mentors assigned to teams/ Teams to shortlist business idea/ Teams to submit draft presentation for the shortlisted business idea.
May (last weekend) - Cohort finals
Winning team from the respective cohorts will compete in the Bangalore Regional Finals in April next year
Mid-June - Winning team from Regionals to participate in Global Finals
